Tabby has that stunning combination of shining golden hair and crisp sky blue eyes that make all the photographers swoon. Generally she wears her hair up in a neat bun or a curled side pony tail when on the job to keep a professional atmosphere and to stop her bosses from swooning. When out on the prowl or at parties she wears her hair down and in long luscious waves to enhance her natural curves. She has lightly tanned skin and is not afraid to put in a bikini and show off, especially if it gets her the scoop. 

Her glamorous upbringing has left her with almost no imperfections. She was given every treatment under the sun so her skin is the image of health. She only has one scar on her hip from when she fell down the stairs when she was very young. 
Generally she dresses richly in ladies suits, professional dresses, high end jackets and stunning heels that she rarely wears twice. 
When off the job she dresses according to the weather but always in the latest fashions. And when she is out at parties she hires the best designers to create master piece dresses that show off her natural curves and charms while still retaining the grace and dignity of a proud woman.

Tabby is a typical rich girl. As the only child, her daddy raised her as the apple of his eye. She was spoiled rotten and given everything and anything she could possibly wish for. Most of her connections now are all thanks to her daddy pulling strings in the background. Because of this her family is her greatest asset, though she is no longer the only child she still adores her father, step mother and new baby brother.

As a reporter she takes pride in her work and her career. Thanks to a lot of her under cover work, hard earned skills and family connections she has become very successful. Being this successful and being a woman is a great honor for her as she has a strong feminine belief, she often spearheads pro-women campaigns when she isn't working on a story.

A lot of her success it because of her strong intuitive nature, though sometimes she can be far to impulsive following this intuition and ignore the dangers around her. Thanks for her upbringing she is quite self-indulged, however she uses this to her own advantage by being calculative and manipulative when handling people. Thanks to this she has quite a few enemies often the victims of her manipulations or just people she has information on. As an information broker she stores her knowledge in several locations behind locks even she could not pick and only sells them when offered the right price. Often she will use this information against a person to use them for her own benefit. Behind her back the men of the high society call her the queen of manipulation and the woman call her a chronic snob, mostly because she has no interest in their petty lives (unless it involves an affair) 

Tabby is a proud and professional, working, independent woman. She loves herself and her family and is only loyal to them. She does not believe she needs a man to make her happy or successful and has no interest in marriage or even dating for the press unless it means she gets a good bit of information or a story in the long term. 

history

Tabitha Roads was not born in Anarchy. She was born in a quiet city with normal people and a normal crime rate where her father ran the most successful news and tv business. Her mother died when she was two, taken by cancer but she was told that she was a very humble and kind spirited woman who helped other before herself. 
Because of the death of his wife, Tabby's father doted on her every day of her life. Even if he got stuck in the office for long hours she would still video call her when ever she called for him and send her gifts if she cried. 

This plush lifestyle continued her entire childhood though she cut out the crying after she was nine after her nanny at the time gave her a lecture about being a strong woman. She would forever admire that woman even if her father did fire her for the lecture. 
When it came to school she was bad at maths and brilliant at English, she also loved physical education and mocked the other girls for skipping it. Though her father wanted to send her to a girls only school she insisted on being sent to a girls and boys school claiming it was sexist to separate them. (not that she knew what she was talking about) 
By twelve she was close to failing maths but getting top marks in English. Her teachers decided to appoint her a tutor, an attractive young man who was doing a course to be a teacher. She was a summer activity for him to get extra marks.
Naturally Tabby fell in love with him at first sight, even if she was twelve and he was twenty. 

The tutors name was Tobias, like Tabby she came from a very rich family however unlike her he was one of six children and was far from the favorite. 
For four years she had Tobias as her tutor, he chose to continue after he realized  just how bad she was (at least that was what he told her). It was because of him that Tabby started to develop her calculative and manipulative nature, she would often fake her idiocy to keep him around. 
Every week he would come around and along with their work the two would talk, about their lives, about the world and his opinions and once he had gone Tabby would write them all down in her diary. 

It was a typical teenage crush, she believed he remained because of feelings he had not acknowledged for her and was determined to release them. In reality he was just being paid good money by her father for he was quite honestly flat broke after being cast out by his family. 

On the day before her seventeenth birthday she presented him with a perfect maths test. This was her first perfect test, though honestly she could have aced many of her previous ones. 
In his glee Tobias picked her up and hugged her, a gesture intended to be strictly friendly. However teenage Tabby misunderstood. 
With his lowered guard Tabby took his face and kissed him. 

It was a long moment, he remained totally still and lowered her to the ground before taking his face away from hers and walking away. He broke her heart with one swift moment and she wanted revenge.

Now any normal girl would have run to her father and said that the tutor had touched her or done something indecent and got him shamed that way. But not Tabby, she did things herself. 
She told her father to keep Tobias, to tell him to continue tutoring. She apologized to him and made him feel at ease all while she milked her father for information, everything got stored in the diary. 
By graduation Tobias left her service and got married and she joined the journalist firm with her fathers company. 

As it turned out there had been a secret scandal between Tobias and his family involving incest and money cheating. Tobias himself had some part in the whole scheme though he had separated from it early on. This along with some fairly awkward photos of his years teaching Tabby including a photo of them kissing and an account of his banking records and a record of his engagement Tabby made her first breakthrough as a journo. The article made the front covers of every paper the minute after it made the front of her fathers company. 
In one swift moment she made Tobias fall from grace ruining his career, marriage and life all for one kiss and for breaking her heart. And she loved it. 

After that her success and cunning continued. Her information bank grew along with her contacts. Her father remarried and she was blessed with a new baby brother. However her contacts drew her towards other more interesting places so she packed her bags and moved.

Anarchy was her new home and she settled in nicely finding work at the Anarchy Guardian, an aptly named news firm. Her father later sent her Max to protect her during her stay in the super villain city, not that she needed it. Thanks to the unguarded lip flapping she quickly built up information and contacts, even gaining some favor with the league for her ability in turning the harmless into harmful. 
So after six months here she stays drawn by the drama and scent of corruption with a hole in her heart and a thirst for information.

Weapons

name: Micro Recorder
description: This is a tiny recording device that Tabby had specifically custom made for her. She can stick it anywhere on her person and it would be near invisible to the naked eye. She uses it nearly 24/7 and keeps any tasty information it picks up, even a conversation she is not actually in just near. Like all devices, however, it does have a battery life of about 4 hours, she does carry the charger with her though. It does also on the odd occasion suffer from feedback if she gets to close to conflicting devices (microphones) and cannot combat with loud outside interference. 

name: Max
description: Max is a 6ft tall man who was once alive and is now nearly 90% cyborg. He was a gift from her father as a body guard for his precious baby girl. Max can be programmed to do lots of things including being a civilian for deep under cover, he is often seen used as her butler and chauffeur. Max is incredibly strong with mechanical arms that are robust and tough, if he senses danger he will protect her but not kill her attackers, she must give the kill command herself. He can of course not go everywhere with her but even then she will still try to sneak him onto the guest list or staff team with a bit of handy black mail.

name: Lock-picking and Lady Charms
description: Unlike the other two, these are natural perks. She was always gifted with a natural escaping ability that her father often said rivaled Houdini and her mother gave her the gifts to get around anything else.  
She of course has polished she skills at art of lock picking, though some of the high tech ones can cause her to stumble. This combined with her natural charms as a woman and flirtatious nature she can usually trick her way into any office or top secret area.
