PLOT

Welcome to the city of Anarchy, ground zero for the rise of super villains on a global scale. This is a place where the villain ends up top dog and the hero is left in the dirt, evil rules and they aren't going to let go of that rule without a good fight. Of course they aren't dumb, totally eliminating the heroes and justice system would leave life dull and repetitive, a little chaos is great but to much makes it meaningless without anyone who actually gives a shit.

So the League of Anarchy rose up taking the city by the throat and straddling it into a semi submission (it wasn't originally called Anarchy City). They have their fingers in every pie and rats in every system spilling secrets and providing the info that always keeps the league one or even ten steps ahead of the super heroes and the law. Thus the city is kept in a peaceful state of chaos, the good always resisting and fighting and the wicked wealthy and well fed. And if anyone crosses the line they kick them out, like throwing a bone to hungry dogs, and let them rot in the prison.

Being as elite as they are the league only fights the big fights and leaves the petty fights to the petty villains. They are, however, always watching and if any young budding villain catches their eye they might just land a place among the big guns of the villain system. This completes the irresistible pull that is Anarchy City, the wicked and evil come in their hoards with the hope to land a place in the league though most are just used as fodder for the law to keep them happy.

So welcome to the shit hole of chaos that is Anarchy City. Please enjoy your stay.

SUB-PLOTS

It is well known that super heroes in Anarchy city have a tough time just staying alive among the villains and wrong doers. They must be careful who they count as friends and even more careful with their secret identities. After the death of a super heroine on the rise, the League of Freedom (the leading resistant super hero league) took extra measures to hide themselves from the League of Anarchy and their minions.

Welcome to Coralina's Cupcakes, the best cafe in Anarchy. The cupcakes are divine and the coffee is to die for but that isn't the only reason people come. They say good luck follows all who go there, like they gain a guardian angel or pick up a bit of the luck of the Irish (one of the waiters is Irish). The luck isn't their biggest secret though, most of their employees and regulars are..... (pause for suspense) SUPER HEROES. The cafe is the League of Freedom's new base, not only does it provide the best cover for meetings but it also lets them converse freely with special cafe talk code.

Cupcakes aren't the only things cooking at Coralina's Cupcakes, join the League of Freedom with their latest plot to free the city from the League of Anarchy. The coffee is worth it!




Anarchy is abuzz with news of the latest villain in town. No one knows him, no one has seen him but everyone knows about him. The press call him the Red Ravenous Ripper as he kills his victims, rips them open and eats their hearts. His attacks are random and unpredictable but precise and well planned. The police are baffled with almost no leads and no evidence to work with.

The league is outraged, they like evil but senseless murder and cannibalism is crossing a line. They have put out a million dollar hit on the Ripper to be caught dead or alive open to both heroes and villains.
